The Cazorla Aceites Cooperative is made up of more than 2,000 farmers belonging to the towns of Cazorla, Chilluévar, La Iruela, Peal de Becerro, Quesada and Santo Tomé, as well as others who reside in different geographical areas of Spain and maintain their agricultural holdings mainly under the sharecropping regime. The constant concern to improve and achieve a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil has forced us to make a constant effort in all aspects, to reach the most demanding consumer, a product that distinguishes us by quality, within the national and international olive oil markets. Our deep knowledge and experience gained over generations, the careful selection of the best fruit at its optimal time of harvest, together with careful processing, allows us to obtain national and international loyalty and recognition from the most demanding palates.
