Founded in 2011 by chefs and butchers Chris Carter and James Peisker in Nashville, Porter Road started as a local butcher shop and now ships fresh meat and market items across the US. This is meat the way meat should be — fully pasture-raised by small American farmers without antibiotics, added hormones or fillers.
