Green Tree Coffee and Tea began in 1997 in New Orleans, LA, shortly after moving coffee import operations from San Antonio de Escazu in Costa Rica. In 2006, shortly after Hurricane Katrina, Green Tree then moved to Belfast, Maine. A small roasting facility and retail shop was later built in Lincolnville Beach, where we are now located. To provide the best possible products for our customers, Green Tree supports sustainable farming practices and strives to source and roast coffee from reliable and conscientious farmers.
