The decision to become the ultimate chocolate maker quickly followed. Your unique chocolate is deliberately made without the addition of cocoa butter, flavors, vanilla or lecithin. The Swedish Cacao Company obtains its cocoa from fermentation masters who work with small farms, such as Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania, coop id matale in Sri Lanka, and eco caribe in the Dominican Republic. The Swedish Cacao Company does not have its chocolate certified by third-party organizations because it firmly believes in transparency and accountability as key factors for a truly sustainable and fair world.
