About Confiture Re-belle

Sweets that are 100% anti-waste, supportive, local and made by hand. Re-Belle is an association whose mission is to create rewarding jobs for all by fighting against food waste. Located in Seine-Saint-Denis, Re-Belle runs an integration workshop that produces jams from unsold fruits and vegetables. Collected every week in Parisian supermarkets, these fruits arrive in the kitchen in Stains to be sorted, washed, cut and potted by hand by employees on a career path. Re-Belle has 23 employees, more than 2000 jars of jams produced every week and more than 70 tons of fruit saved! Prepared with 80% fruit and just enough sugar to become a jam!Read their story
