About The Nourished Planner

There are many things I try to be, but planning isn’t always one of them. It seems that for the past few years, I’ve fallen into a trap of loosening up my reigns on my to-do list, forgetting to jot down important things on the calendar, and in general, playing a whole lot of catch-up and doling out apologies for missing one thing or another. I always knew I could be better organized if I only had the right tool. If only I had more time, and a way to track it and schedule it better. And so I developed a serious planner addiction, always searching for — and purchasing — more planner/calendar/list-making apps to create the organized, inspired life I craved. What I needed was a whole life solution to plan my day-to-day and my month-to-month, with a little inspiration mixed in, but not in a sappy, over-the-top sort of way.
