The founders of J&K grew up on the appreciation of true American flavor. Passed down from generation to generation, was the appreciation of honest full-flavored beef, lightly seasoned and smoked to perfection. Over the years we saw one of our biggest passions become saturated in preservatives and the true taste of jerky lost in large corporate factories. In an effort to bring back the fond memories of the jerky we came to love, we came out with our popular original flavor which has now transitioned into 2 different lines, beef and brisket.
