Thoughtful Snacks LLC is an innovative company created out of our desire to share our delicious, signature snack, Coco Chops with the world. Coco Chops are air-fried chocolate covered pork rinds and they are absolutely delicious and one-of-a-kind. My family and I have always loved chicharrones, a staple snack in South Texas, but we didn’t like how they were so greasy due to being deep fried and we didn’t like that such a delicious snack had never been covered in chocolate! As a solution to the latter problem, we did the obvious: covered our pork rinds in chocolate! This combination turned out to be more delicious than we ever imagined, and Coco Chops became a huge hit when we started selling at local farmers markets. To solve the problem of pork rinds being heavy and greasy, we started to air fry them, which resulted in delicious crispier pork rinds that were exponentially lower in fat. Since 2020, Thoughtful Snacks LLC has been selling Coco Chops directly to countless happy customers at farmers markets, small retailers in our area, and out of state customers through our website! It is our mission to bring you our unique, original snack so that you too can be introduced to a delicious new taste that you never knew you wanted.
