About La Ceinture du Marin

The Sailor's Belt is the story of two young sailors. Having grown up at sea since childhood, Kio Dimetto and Timothée Cascailh are two southerners passionate about sailing. One grew up in high-level light sailing, while the other sails in offshore racing in very prestigious regattas. At 21, these two sailors decided to leave everything behind to develop the concept of The Sailor's Belt, initially conceived by Thomas Dimetto. The latter did not start from scratch because it was in 2016, when Kio returned from training wearing a belt made from a yellow and black mainsail sheet, that his father decided to launch this idea. From pure performance in high-level sailing school for one, to adventure and offshore racing for the other, their experiences and temperaments come together and align around this 100% marine belt.Read their story
