We buy exclusively directly from these two auction, guarantee of quality, freshness and proximity. You will find with us a wide and varied range throughout the year, respecting the seasons, fishing systems, fish sizes, breeding periods... Our fleet consists of liners, caseyers, spinners and inshore trawlers, respectful of our ocean's fragile ecosystem The fishing zone “FAO27.8a” extends approximately from the Gironde estuary to the tip of Brittany. The boats work mainly between Belle-Ile and Ile d'Yeu. We consider ourselves to be craftsmen of the sea, passionate about our profession and lovers of the sea.
