My name is Arthur SIX, I am originally from Lille and I imagined Remontada, a board game about soccer, accessible to everyone, even to those who know nothing about it. This project is a pure product of the 1st lockdown. It was in June 2020, after finding the name REMONTADA, that I made the decision to go to the end of the idea, convinced by the potential “emotion” that such a name could generate. A crowdfunding campaign was then launched in February 2021, reaching €13,000, and thus allowing its official sale in June, at the time of the Euro. The game was thus able to slowly increase in power until Christmas to conclude a first year with 1,600 units sold. An excellent result for the first exercise of a self-published and self-distributed game (national average around 600/700). For this second year, I am looking to increase my strength through collaboration with a distributor in order to be able to implement the game in mass distribution (discussions in progress). But also increase the presence of the game in the shops of Ligue 1 clubs, where it is currently experiencing excellent results (LOSC, Stade Rennais FC, FC Lorient). PRECISION: I have nothing against PSG! On the contrary, like many, I suffered in 2017 during the famous 6-1 against Barça. But for me, a remontada today is much more than this match. Above all, it represents what we find most in soccer: chambering! The very basis of this sport and especially of this game!
