CloudbyClaud has saved me both physically and mentally. In 2020, suffering from a bout of depression and anxiety, my therapist asked me what I liked to do for fun. I had no answer for her. A couple weeks later, stressed out after a long, busy day at work (again), I thought to myself - I like to spa for fun... A few hours down the rabbit hole turned into weeks of creating recipes that encouraged stress relief and stress. Ends up the essential oils I played with everyday also helped uplift my mood!
