The Torrent Jam Museum opened in 2004 with the dream and enthusiasm of creating an artisan workshop specializing in the production of jams, jams and extra jellies. Since its inception we have been oriented towards: • The production of high quality jams, jams and jellies, seeking excellence both in the process and in the final product. • The preservation of tradition through artisanal production processes. From the preparation of the ingredients, through slow cooking of small quantities, to their packaging and labeling. • Research into little-known fruits and vegetables, resulting in a wide range of surprising flavors. • Respect for nature and the environment with a recycling system at different levels and a careful selection of mostly locally produced ingredients. • The commitment to produce products without additives or preservatives, suitable for vegans and gluten-free.
