I've always seen my father use solid soap to take a shower, while I've always used shower gel. A little out of inertia, a bit because maybe I thought that using solid soap was a waste of time, something when I was old. The story could end here! But no, because one day I decided to try using solid soap to take a shower and it was a nice discovery! I liked the act of soaping. I had almost rediscovered a ritual of yesteryear! I don't know, but the shower like this had become a moment of relaxation and pleasure! There was a problem though, I had used a bar of soap that was in the bathroom and my skin after the shower was clean but drier than the desert! I knew what I wanted: a solid soap that was gentle on the skin and that had a decidedly masculine scent. I thought, “I'll go to the grocery store and buy it.” Easier said than done... I couldn't find what I was looking for. What if I did it? And here the doubts and fears began! But who makes me do it, who knows how much it will cost me, but I don't have time and so on... Then one day I read a phrase that marked a turning point: “If it's not scary, it means it's not true!” The fear I felt was more than justified but not so much as to justify stillness.
