Pierre & Nico is the story of two friends they met during their oenology and agronomy studies 15 years ago in the south of France! Nico, grandson, son and brother of winegrowers, has been immersed in this environment since childhood. Starting from a passion, he directed his studies to turn it into a profession. Pierre, passionate about what unites land and gastronomy, grew up in the midst of exceptional products, Mediterranean scents and authentic vegetables. After several trips to the most beautiful vineyards in the world, he waited to combine his profession and his personal convictions by diving into the PN ORGANIC WINES adventure with Nicolas. After 10 years of experience in France and abroad, they now offer you 100% of their know-how in a project that fully respects their values: quality, commitment & conviviality. How? Through meticulous work of selecting organic ingredients to concoct organic cocktail creations, based on herbal and fruit infusions. Over the years, they have refined recipes, production “settings” such as temperatures and times of herbal infusions, the bottling process, to offer you ever more refined cocktails: Organic Aperos, a range of cocktails ready to drink or mix to satisfy as many people as possible.
