About Giocoso

Hi 👋 I’m Viviane, the candle maker behind Giocoso! After 10 years as a graphic designer, I sought a more hands-on creative outlet beyond the screens. I completed a perfumery course with the Experimental Perfume Club (London) and continued my exploration by delving into concrete molding and candle making. I blend the sensory magic of fragrances with the design of functional decor pieces, driven by a desire to craft something meaningful and distinctive. Each scent is meticulously formulated, and each vessel is handmade in my Montreal atelier. Each candle is a unique piece that marries form and function, designed to be treasured long after the candle has burned down. Enjoy them as stylish decorative pieces, a new home for a plant, or for storing small items, prolonging their use and reducing waste. Giocoso means playful, lively, humourous and my goal is – for me, as well as for you – to escape for a moment the fast-paced lifestyle and take time to dream, play and enjoy!Read their story
