My lifetime passion has been to advocate and help those who struggle with mental illness and addiction. From the age of 11 I was mis-diagnosed, in and out of hospitals and treatment centers; it was a never ending cycle of not being heard. I am now 23 years old and just started my journey of healing. Living with C-PTSD and ADHD can be extremely difficult, but Messages By Meg is my way of using my personal struggles with mental illness to bring light to anyone who needs it.
