About The Greensted

The Greensted, meaning "green place" is an urban farm-to-table grower located in Zumbrota, Minn. We started growing microgreens as a curiosity in 2016. Soon, we were selling at farmers markets which lead to providing our 5 core microgreens products to local grocery and co-op stores. In a flash we were growing 200 pounds weekly! Microgreens are super foods loaded with nutrition and intense flavor. They are great additions to every day foods like salads and sandwiches, and sparkle up everything from appetizers to deserts to cocktails! In 2020 we expanded to seasonal garden produce and in 2021 we opened a regionally sourced farm grocery store.
