Hi! I’m Sonya, founder of Zizzy Fit. My fitness journey has not been an easy one: balancing my career, being a wife, and a mother. It wasn’t until my health started affecting me mentally and physically that I knew I had to make a change. I wanted comfort and style to make me feel confident enough to want to start my fitness journey. In 2020, I started to create custom pieces that offered everything I needed to want to live a healthy and happy lifestyle and that’s when Zizzy Fit was born.
