About KnowMe Tag

A mother, a creative, and someone who knows that clear communication doesn’t always come easy. KnowMe Tag™ began with a question that wouldn’t leave me alone: “If something happened… would the people nearby know what to do?” Like many parents, I’ve seen how stress can scramble even the simplest things. My own AuDHD brain forgets my phone number in tense moments. My kids work hard to memorise it too, but panic has a way of twisting things out of reach. I have a brilliant niece with a severe peanut allergy. I often wondered—what if someone near her could find her EpiPen instantly, instead of searching pockets and guessing? I have a dad who travels a lot. He’s sharp, independent, but lives with a recurring medical condition and a long list of medications. What if he was rushed to an emergency room alone—and couldn’t remember the details they needed? So I made KnowMe Tag™: a small, quiet tool to help when your voice falters, your memory blurs, or your story deserves to be heard clearly. Designed and produced in Bunclody on the Carlow/Wexford border, in the sunny South East of Ireland, each tag carries intention and heart.Read their story
