The brewery is located in the small town of Râches on the banks of the Scarpe, located 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Douai. The La Fabriq' brewery is located in a former brick factory. It was in this factory that all the bricks that were used to build the red houses, which were well representative of the North, were produced. La Fabriq' therefore takes its name from the Râches brick factory. We are really happy to be able to transmit, through our beer, this beautiful image of the North. The places where we brew are the former brick drying area. If you look closely, you can still see the remains of the rails covered by the concrete that made it possible to transport the bricks, to their exit, near the canal to be sold and thus transformed into a house.
