Hello there! I am the owner and Artist behind ec - earcandy by amy. I started this business as a hobby, then side job, to fulltime business. ec is a fast growing and trendy family owned brand that specializes in hypoallergenic, nickel-free acrylic earrings. I currently sell online, and am location within Painted Tree in Overland Park, KS. My earring line is a little unique as I combine a lot of my earrings with acrylic and resin for shiny domed finishes. I love working with black, white, and clear acrylic, and find ways to add color to them. ec earrings are made with acrylic that is only 1.5mm in thickness so they are very thin, durable, waterproof, and very lightweight opposed to other acrylic earrings on the market that may be chunky. I used to own a little brick and mortar giftshop, so I understand the rigorous demands of being a retailer, and like to provide an easy, prompt and stress free experience so you can do what you do best! I live in Liberty, Mo, a suburb of Kansas City, with my husband Scott, two boys, and pup Maxwell. My studio is located in the lower level of my home, and this suits me as it enables me to juggle family and business with ease. My oldest son has special needs, and loves to help out with the business. We have shipped to all states and I pride myself in being able to offer promptness and satisfaction.
