About In Flow

In Flow is a women's wellness brand on a mission to help women reconnect to their femininity. Our first product, a planner, starts on Day 1 of a woman's menstrual cycle (not a random Monday ;)) and helps women optimize their schedule, movement, and diet to align with their energy. Most women who use wellness journals or planners enjoy writing out their schedules and reflecting but still end up burnt out. And that’s because almost all of the planners on the market are designed for men. For men, every day is the same. Their hormones refresh every 24 hours, but women fluctuate over 28 days.
