Julie has been a Reiki practitioner since 2013 and specializes in anxiety, stress reduction, relaxation and recovery from illness/injury; using both traditional Usui Reiki and Violet Flame Reiki along with working in the Akashic Records. Julie fully believes that our wellness journey will have the greatest impact when it is focused on our mind, body and spirit as a whole.
