About Charm City Noir

I opened Charm City Noir in 2010 as a business for my mother who sold men's accessories as T's Ties & Bows. A serial entrepreneur, I scaled my mother's business to a storefront in the historic and prime retail district of Fells Point in Baltimore City. We opened the storefront in May 2011 as B. A Baltimore Boutique before becoming Charm City Noir. We hosted our grand opening in April 2012. We enjoyed 10 years in our storefront before making a full transition to our web store. As a family business, we hand-pick all of our products and manufacture two. We aim to present a collection that speaks to your lifestyle. Thank you for shopping with us!
