A good-natured crazy inter-generational family is what we are. Starting in 2008 our moonlighting (Pastry) Chef Bill Dietz began selling chocolate truffles at an area farmers market. When the economy tanked we came together to see if there was a viable business in the idea so we actively sold at 3 areas farmers markets and other local venues for 3 years while we figured out what the public wanted. They wanted chocolate, and lots of it. 2011 had us build our first retail store, showroom and kitchen and we've been trying not to slow down ever since. Chocolate truffles, barks, brownies, pretzels, toffees, and much more are produced on-site in small batches by our family and team. We've won consistent awards from our local Best-of-Best, Salons de Chocolate, International Chocolate awards, and others. As a family business we have the flexibility and desire to meet your needs where they are.
