X I L L I is a collection of authentic and artisanal Mexican Preparations, that represents Mexico’s true culinary heritage, while honoring its traditions. We know who we are, where we come from and what we stand for. We do not follow trends, we do our best to make things right and take pride in reviving our ancestral traditions. XILLI is about sharing what tastes truly Mexican. It’s about heritage, know-how, and passion. It’s about taking time to research and prepare. It’s about honesty and thoroughness. It’s about remembering and creating. XILLI brings Mexico, its culture and traditions: its rich spice blends and bustling markets; its street foods and eateries; its Abuelas' cooking and ancestral recipes, to homes around the world. Part of the inspiration for XILLI was to offset the misrepresentation of Mexican traditions which leads to a misunderstanding of Mexican food and its cuisine. We hope to change this by making our products in a conscientious, careful, dedicated and artisanal way; never compromising on the craft and attention to detail, setting new standards for quality and taste. We see ourselves as scholars, following the path of those who came before us while injecting our own vision, we contribute to creating the next chapter of our culinary and cultural traditions.
