Kootenay Bayou Sauces was started in the Radium Valley in beautiful British Columbia, after my family tried this sauce at a farmers market we just knew we had to be a part of it. Years later the opportunity to become a part of it came available and we jumped at the opportunity. We moved the production facility to our small town of Winfield, Ab and have been operating there ever since. We are a family owned and operated business running in our small town of 250 people. We employ local people and every batch is made by hand from real natural raw ingredients. We never add any preservatives or sugar to any of our sauces, we take the greatest pride in the quality of every batch of sauce we create. Winners of a Scovie award for Best Medium hot sauce we firmly believe that the quality of our sauce speaks for itself.
