Started by 5 brothers who immigrated from Vietnam in 1979 to estiblish their American Dream. Today our family includes 600 employees and their families in pursuit of their dreams. We only use 5 ingredients (butter, sugar, flour, water, salt) in our Palmier, it is 2,500 layers of butter, sugar, dough baked into a flaky cookie that is sweet but not too sweet, perfect for any afternoon or early evening snack with your tea.
