Started by 5 brothers who immigrated from Vietnam in 1979 to estiblish their American Dream. Today our family includes 600 employees and their families in pursuit of their dreams. We only use 5 ingredients (butter, sugar, flour, water, salt) in our Palmier, it is 2,500 layers of butter, sugar, dough baked into a flaky cookie that is sweet but not too sweet, perfect for any afternoon or early evening snack with your tea. We work extensively with local markets charitable foundations to support childrens health and education. We appreciate your interest in our family business!
