Fantozzi Honey Co. was founded by Thomas Fantozzi in 2017 after taking a beekeeping class at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Growing up on his family farm in Patterson, California, Thomas was always surrounded by bees and understood the essential role they play in pollinating the crops that feed communities across the Central Valley. What began with just two hives has grown into a thriving apiary of over 100 colonies, each contributing to the rich biodiversity of California's agricultural heartland. Today, Fantozzi Honey Co. produces pure, raw wildflower, sage, and orange blossom honey, with each variety capturing the unique floral character of the region's seasons. Every jar is crafted in small batches to preserve the natural enzymes, nutrients, and flavors that make raw honey so special.
