Growing up with first-generation parents, my family always cared for their hometown in Durango, Mexico. at least once a year we would make it a priority to visit. No wifi in the town, no problem! We spent our days visiting family, hiking, and enjoying the fresh flavors of mexico. This was where I tried aguas frescas for the first time. I remember the refreshing and diverse range of flavors that every drink had. It was the perfect drink for any occasion, after a workout, with a meal, or simply by itself.
