About Moonrise Mindset

Hi there! I’m Kaitlin Rodriguez (she/her) and I’m an Intuitive Mindset Guide and Certified Life Coach supporting folks in cultivating deeper self trust, compassion, and alignment. As an eldest daughter of a Mexican and Guatemalan American family, I grew up with an overwhelming sense of responsibility. Life has supported me in my struggles with anxiety and OCD, experiences that have nourished my empathy and shaped my purpose in profound ways. My sensitivity and tenderness are my superpowers and I offer those to provide a safe space for transformation and healing. Through Mindset Coaching, workshops, and affirmation stickers, I empower folks to have compassion for their authentic selves and pursue a life of alignment. Developing Moonrise Mindset and putting it into the world has been one of the most exciting chapters of my life. I am energized, grateful, hopeful, and humbled because I believe in this work.
