Buckshot Honey was born July 29th 2020 in a 102 year old brick bank in Snoqualmie WA. We specialize in smoking local brisket and pork over applewood logs low and slow. We try and source everything local and make everything from scratch. These sauces are made with love here in Washington State. My family story printed on the side of each bottle.
