About Peony&June Illustration

Hi there, I'm Roberta, a Catholic Illustration artist based in the US straight from the tropics in Brazil, where the sun hangs out year 'round. I have had a passion for creating and drawing since I was a little girl, but as I grew up and adulthood creeped up on me, that creative part of me faded and I ventured into healthcare, which I believed my vocation was. Fast forward, I got a degree in Pharmacy, worked in research, retail and in a hospital in this order, only to find out that God was calling me somewhere else. I got married, and with marriage came the opportunity and the need to return to that old passion of mine, now with a much clearer vision of where that could lead me. Peony&June started out as a custom watercolor portrait business in 2019 and over the past four years developed into an Illustration and Product Design Business.Read their story
