Raised in an Italian household where delicious home-cooked meals were the norm, Enza, the founder, found it difficult to recreate these meals after a busy day of work. The choices available that allowed for convenience and easy meal-prep were full of stabilizers, sulfites, GMO’s, sugar, high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors. With both a passion for food and nutritional know-how, Enza set out to develop a line of products to simplify meal-making for those looking for healthier options without compromising on taste or quality.
