Pacific Coast Artisans sells greeting cards, stickers and other items showcasing the artwork of Crystal Pyren, as well as (occasionally) the artwork of her friends & family. Crystal's artwork has been inspired by her love of nature & fascination with color. In a world of hurry, and with people having an increasing lack of time spent in nature, joy and wonder, Crystal hopes to bring the viewer some much needed inspiration with fun, colorful artwork. Some of her favorite things to paint are flowers (especially roses), birds, butterflies, and breathtaking landscapes. Lately, she has also been having fun with vibrant, fantasy desserts. After working as a scenic artist, painting theatrical scenery in the Seattle area for over 10 years, and then teaching art to children for several years, Crystal is now focused on creating her own artwork for greeting cards & stickers. Making people smile and helping them feel connected to nature through her art is her ultimate goal.Read their story
