About The Oak Angel

The Oak Angel is Charleston's only zero waste sawmill.  We source and mill custom & local lumber to create your vision come to life.  We collect most of our lumber from the sprawling development sites in the Charleston area. Our products are handmade in Charleston, some from century-old, beautiful, indigenous trees that whole trees that would have otherwise gone to waste. Our mission is to provide these trees a second chance and showcase their true beauty, in hopes that we will contribute to the increasing awareness of deforestation, overdevelopment, and the removal of the area's oaks, cypress, cedar, walnut, pecan and more.
