Every product is made in small, micro-batches, blending ancient salt-making traditions and modern technology, allowing us to honour the ocean while maintaining exceptional purity, quality, and consistency. We naturally increase the salinity of seawater using reverse osmosis, while generating a fresh-water by-product that is repurposed in our soap production—ensuring nothing goes to waste. Traditional kettles gently evaporate seawater to produce our signature Rain Coast Flor de Sal flakes, a collection of infused gourmet flavours, and our naturally smoked sea salts, each reflecting the clean, mineral-rich character of the Pacific coast.
