Adam and Susanna met at Keele University in 1991 and have been firm friends ever since. Here they are — graduation day in ’94, and a few decades later, back on campus with a bit less hair and a lot more tofu. Lifelong fans of plant-based eating, the two bonded over food, friendship, and finding better ways to live lightly on the planet.
