About Kindness Gems

Kindness Gems was created to inspire acts of kindness. Our founder Julia Freifeld worked as a crisis counselor at a resource center for survivors of sexual violence and started making jewelry as a way to raise money for these underfunded organizations. After realizing how incredible it feels to give back, Julia wanted to create a jewelry brand that not only helps people in need but inspires others to do the same. By donating 10% of each purchase to those same non-profit resource centers, each piece of Kindness Gems jewelry is a symbol of kindness that encourages you to keep spreading compassion through more acts of kindness. We use high quality natural healing gemstones and 14k gold-filled and sterling silver materials to create our signature dainty but durable style that works with any outfit.
