About Shotgun House Roasters

Shotgun House Roasters started in 2017 when founders Eddie Laughlin & Jessica Callery started roasting 1lb batches of coffee on the front porch of their San Antonio Shotgun House. They began popping up on the weekends, selling bags of coffee and cups to passersby. As their popularity grew, they quickly realized they needed a larger roasting space and set their sights on Warehouse 5, a multi-suite creative space in downtown San Antonio. They built it into a full service coffee shop and roastery and have roasted there since early 2018. Shotgun's first retail staple has always been freshly roasted coffee (in fact our slogan is Drink Fresh Coffee), and we proudly serve the San Antonio/Austin communities as well as larger regional and national grocers such as Whole Foods, Thom's Market, and Fresh Plus Grocery. Our newest product and one we believe has a ton of potential is our 16oz Fresh Chai Concentrate bottles. Our Fresh Chai Concentrate is made entirely from scratch with all natural ingredients, including fresh ginger, whole spices, and pure cane sugar. Each 16oz bottle contains 4 servings and is available in Original (sweet) or Unsweet. Simply add your milk of choice and serve iced or warm on stove. Cheers!Read their story
