About SAVOR Shrub Bitters

SAVOR Shrub Bitters are aperitif-inspired mixers. Inspired by flavors from around the world, my shrub bitters are crafted from well-chosen blends of juicy fruits & complex bitters and spices. SAVOR's Shrub Bitters are as unique as they are delicious! Shubs have long been a part of cottage lifestyle culture as a way of preserving the fruitful bounty of the season. I've combined them with bitters, which are known to promote healthy digestion. SAVOR Shrub Bitters are small-batch, made with care, and are naturally probiotic-rich. I utilize mostly organic ingredients, and local, in-season fruits whenever possible. SAVOR's Shrub Bitters are non-alcoholic and perfect for either a cocktail or a mocktail. I even use them as salad dressings and marinades! Product must be refrigerated. SAVOR's 5 Signature Flavors are available year-round and in a variety of convenient sizes, including my ever-popular Flight. My Private Reserve flavors represent my seasonal cocktail mixer blends, and are available in a limited quantity. I love making and sharing my shrub bitters with customers near and far, but I'm based in the Western North Carolina mountains, where there are rich traditions of food preservation and fermentation.
