About Red Fox Fungi

Red Fox Fungi is a gourmet mushroom farm located in Wheatland County, AB. We grow 10 species of gourmet mushrooms year-round with a focus on sustainable agriculture methods. This includes a strong focus on reducing the waste in our food system. As part of that initiative, we dehydrate any of our unsold farm-fresh mushrooms and create a farm-crafted mixed mushroom powder. This is then used to create our small craft batch mushroom seasoning blends. Read their story
