In 2021, Daniela was introduced to Pickleball and it quickly became an activity she and her friends would play every day after work. In Manhattan at the time, they were still on the hunt for a proper Pickleball court and would have to improvise on a Tennis court. And by improvise, we mean sneaking into the private courts 10 blocks downtown. When Daniela was looking to gift her Mom a Pickleball set in the spring of 2022, she couldn’t find a brand she felt connected to. Months later, she was putting final designs together and working with a manufacturer. (When she has an idea, she tends to become a little obsessed.)
