3BAR, was an accidental creation from my grandmother's cookie recipe. A fitness client asked me to make the cookie's healthier, so I did by combining them with better organic ingredients, no soy, wheat, gluten, GMO's, or anything unnatural, and adding the highest quality plant protein. As a plant based athlete, I knew I had to have the nutrition balanced, and the flavors perfect.
