My name is Catherine Freshley and I live with my husband in Portland, Oregon – our hometown. I love to paint and I love to make colorful art that makes people happy. I am inspired by everyday scenes of spectacular beauty: Wild sunrises and peaceful evening skies, flowers blooming in the spring, and the patterns and textures we encounter in our daily lives…when we slow down enough to see them.
