"What is the purpose of your work?" This question, asked by my 4-year-old son in 2021, planted the seed that gave birth to Pommy. 🌱 My name is Vi, and after 15 years in the purchasing field, I wanted to have a more concrete impact and take action. 💼 Driven by my passion for cooking and deeply concerned about food waste, the idea of transforming unsold fruits into delicious compotes quickly became an obvious choice. 🍎🍐🍊 What is Pommy? Anti-waste fruit compote! We save fruits from major retailers in the Île-de-France region to give them a second life and transform them into 100% natural fruit compotes.
