Norma Tolliver is a former business executive living her dream as a professional artist and gallery owner. Her products are based on her original art paintings. "My goal as an artist is to engage you, inspire you and give your joy." Norma creates her work in her art gallery and studio located in the beautiful Victorian seaside town of Ocean Grove, NJ.
