About Absolutely EVO

Absolutely EVO was founded by Erica Birk in 2010. Erica’s interest in bookbinding first started when she took a book arts class while earning her BFA in Art Education. Later on she worked for a semester at the Conservation Lab, where she worked to preserve and repair old books. Erica says there was something special about working to save the history contained in the pages of those books, and by creating her leather journals she hopes to help everyday people preserve their own stories and special memories.Read their story
